  • Performs repair/maintenance work activities for team’s accounts and office requirements

  • WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT:

  • Service Request
  • Emergency Prioritization and response
  • Identifies and tries to resolve client service complaints, issues, and concerns
  • Identifies process issues that impact the workflow management
  • ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
  • Performs administrative and clerical tasks to support goals of team.
  • Inputs internal measurements for timely decision making
  • Compiles and supports appropriate customer reporting

  • SUMMARY
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of providing superior service to assigned clients to maintain superior levels of satisfaction. The main responsibilities include proactively seeking continual improvements to improve our client relations.
  • GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for building and supporting the success of assigned client relationships to continually build a loyalty-driven partnership
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on client’s plans and administrative procedures
  • Maintain extensive contact with clients as well as keep sales informed of any requests, problems, changes, etc.
  • Foster a proactive approach to problem solving all client issues/challenges
  • Understand and demonstrate Emcon’s core values in the areas of work ethic, professionalism and problem/conflict resolution

  • 80% Hunting and closing new business

  • 5-10 years of B2B sales, selling Business Services, Consulting Services, SaaS,
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions,
  • Drive results by identifying and aggressively pursuing target companies with new and innovative ideas built on Emcon’s suite of services across vertical channels.
  • Build long term relationships that have a direct, sustained, positive impact on business performance.
  • Have proven sales track record and knowledge of selling Services to all level of decision makers within a company up to and including the C Level.
  • Proven experience in selling with contracts, RFPs and detailed negotiations,
  • Proven background in consultative selling, showing strong correlation between sales and services,
  • Creatively develop and implement strategies for expanding our customer base with New Business,
  • Passion for selling and delivering extraordinary service,
  • Team player that understands the criticality of working closely with operations to transition clients from the sale phase to the operational phase.

  • POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve annual sales goals
  • Manage full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting and qualifying to closure
  • Manage sales accounts, opportunities, contacts, activity reports and forecast in Salesforce.com (CRM platform)
  • Handle all proposals and negotiations within our pricing guidelines
