Master Services Agreement (MSA) is required.

Ongoing performance tracking.

Define and train on new processes.

Verify work quality and customer satisfaction.
Measure resolution time and other performance driven metrics.
Development of Vendor Scorecard to track performance.
Evaluate vendor attributes to create system that places the right vendor on the job.
